This cover also covers a stained or discolored but otherwise usable mattress, hence its name "mattress renovator". The waterproof mattress renovator should be changed as soon as the inner film cracks, especially in the center of the bed. Before changing it, remember to flip the mattress over to use the other side of the mattress renovator. Another non-zippered mattress protection option: disposable waterproof mattress protector. This cover will protect the top and sides of the mattress. Duration of use The lifespan of the disposable waterproof mattress renovator can be up to 12 months.
