The textile is a recyclable non-woven fabric manufactured by Hydroliage, which is a wet-laid manufacturing process. The fibers are entangled using high-pressure water jets. Non-wovens produced with this method most often have an absorbent component (cellulose, viscose) and another providing strength (polyester). Spunlace allows for the blending of several types of fibers, and this advantage makes it one of the most popular manufacturing methods. It allows for the design of resistant and absorbent non-woven sheets.
