This effective protective cover, easy to install, protects the top and sides of the mattress. The waterproof mattress protector, also called a semi-durable bed protector due to its lifespan, covers the top and sides of the mattress, unlike the mattress renovator which fully encases the mattress.

For perfect hygiene, this protector will then be covered with a disposable fitted sheet protector or a disposable flat sheet protector, reserved for tenants only for the duration of their stay.

The elastic sewn all around ensures an effective fit on the mattress and maintains it securely throughout the rentals.

Instructions for use The protector covers the top and edges of a new mattress to extend its lifespan, or covers a stained or marked mattress that is still in good condition. The inner film in contact with the mattress will ensure its proper protection. Make sure not to tear or crack the protective film, especially in the middle of the bed. The disposable waterproof mattress protector will be covered with a disposable fitted sheet protector or a disposable flat sheet protector reserved for the user for the duration of their stay. For complete mattress protection, the waterproof mattress renovator or semi-durable mattress renovator completely envelops the mattress, hermetically sealed with a zip fastener. The mattress renovator remains in place for 1 to 2 years, always checking the inner protective film. The mattress should be turned over to use both sides of the mattress renovator. Duration of use The lifespan of the disposable waterproof mattress protector can be up to 3 months, depending on the frequency of use and its visual condition.
